Horribly unfriendly staff, everything is locked up. If theft is a problem hire more security, stop making my shopping inconvenient. Also, you have 46 lanes, most of which are self check out. Try opening more than 10 lanes. You have guests backing up into the shopping area.

Always seems crowded. Big store with wide isles. So, so regarding cleanliness.
