9 Northway Ln N, LathamBoarded here a four times over two years for work travel. Last time I dropped my pups off was around 8 months ago. Employees immediately remembered them. This last time I ordered a bath for one of my pups who (first time no one knew) didn't like the dryer, and stressed chewed through their collar. When I picked them up they immediately went above and beyond and offered to comp the cost of the collar. Offering to refund cost for damage my dog did on their own collar while doing a service I asked for, Blew my mind. This place is crazy awesome. Excluding this one event there have been others that have proven to me they really care. Forget five stars. 10/5

One of them is very fearful of the vet and they always take it slow, try to keep her as comfortable as possible, and are gentle with her. Ducky and Olive have both had health issues and the team has always found a solution for them so they get right back to normal.
