“I’ve been searching for a car for ages and when I finally found one that fit me it was a breeze after that. I live over an hour away from the dealership and I was able to get almost everything done over the phone or online and when I went to see the vehicle as soon as I said my name my service rep James took care of me. The car was in a good condition, clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get all the service reports, carfax, and warranty information printed immediately and I could physically look over it all. And since buying the car I’ve gotten periodic texts from Shelby just to make sure everything with the vehicle is good and I’m happy with the purchase. Beautiful inside the dealership with classic cars and the staff are kind and courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car.”

“I had probably one of the weirdest buying experiences of my life here that ended yesterday with a new car. I am a habitual car buyer and seller and normally keep cars a year or so but have never experienced this level of integery from a dealership before in my life.

To cut a very very long story short there was significant miscommunication on the dealership side about rates and terms. There were mistakes made, that were agreed to and confirmed with me several times. While that sounds conflicting with parts of my opening statement and 5 star rating, NE Acura more than earned the praise and rating.

Upon realizing their mistake they make it right for me. There was no lying, deceit, or manipulation just an honest apology from those involved about their mistake and them jumping through significant hoops to resolve the problems in a way my wife and I would be happy with.

I can not express enough how much integrity this staff has. It would have been significantly easier for them to say “we made an error but that is what it is. Buy it or not”. The fact they stood by what they promised as best as they could (they can’t control rates) and made it work, at their loss, speaks volumes to the whole team. I honestly have never felt like a person to a dealership more in my life, rather than a profit. I honestly don’t think I’ll be looking at cars anywhere else in the future.

David was my sales person. He was prompt polite, helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. I highly recommend reaching out to this dealership if you are in the market for an Acura. If you do, know that they will go above and beyond for you as a client and if there are stumbles in the process they will do whatever they can to make it right.”

“This spot has high ratings for good reason. What you read in the reviews here is accurate and true. I recently called a local chain competitor, they wanted 550 to do the work. Being in the automotive industry that seemed a bit high, this place is located near my house so I gave them a call, they were able to get me in the next day and have it done same day for 340. Keep in mind, this was very much non-invasive work so not everything will be done in one day, when you read this. They were polite, courteous, and very accommodating especially having the time constraint traveling for the weekend... they also test drove the vehicle and checked out everything. This spot is legit. “We were up in Latham, NY on our way to viewing the solar eclipse when our car started shuddering and making a funny noise. We didn't want to end up breaking down in the middle of nowhere on our way up to Plattsburgh so we found a mechanic shop nearby. The guys at this place were wonderful. They did a quick diagnostic and after a delay to get the parts we needed, they also did the work required very quickly. They were good natured and able to explain what was happening and keep us updated. I'm very grateful that we ended up in their kind, capable hands.”

“Had an usual noise in our Tesla. Made an appointment and brought our car in at 8:00am. By 10:00am the car was fixed and the noise gone. “I've been coming here for a while. I really like Ken and his honesty about things with my car. Today I went for an oil change and asked if they could check my shocks (I know nothing about cars whatsoever). And he came out and was honest that my shocks were fine and that the squeaking I'm hearing sometimes is just because my car is older. Someone else might have been dishonest to make a quick buck, and I really appreciate that isn't the case here! I will continue to come back to this location!”

“I feel like service departments can be a coin flip in terms of what you'll get but I had a great experience today. I should note that the visit started on a somewhat bad note. When I called for an appointment I said the car needed a 110k service (the service due light flicked on at 110k) and that I needed to wait for the car, but when I arrived the service person told me that 110k service isn't a suggested service but 115k service should be done instead which typically takes 3 1/2 hours. I wasn't ready for that so we talked through prioritizing different services. Once the car was on the lift it was suggested that the rear brakes be replaced and an alignment performed as well. I knew that I'd be driving a lot over the next few months and agreed to both. I was told it would take two hours to finish the job but it ended up being an hour and a half and came in slightly below the estimated cost. Faster service and lower cost!! The car is driving great; the alignment was definitely needed as I can feel the difference in the way the car drives. Finally, the waiting area is super clean, spacious and comfortable. If you need to wait a for a longer time there are several restaurants and big box stores (CVS, Lowes) close by so you can tick a few errands off your list while your car's being serviced.”
