“I started being a customer here for my winter/summer tire swap since the Firestone across the river wanted to screw me over for a mistake that they more than likely made on my tire pressure sensors. This place charged me several times less than what Firestone (same place mentioned before) was happy to charge me for the equivalent job (I mean to have my tires swapped between my winter and summer tires and vise versa).”

“In the last week, I had the most wonderfully extraordinary experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. Usman was very friendly from the first phone call to the end, in stark contrast to the gruff demeanor of many other mechanics. He installed my new alternator and identified and fixed a problem in my brake line, all in the same day I dropped my car off, which I could see was already quite a busy day. He kept in touch with me by phone as needed while my car was in his shop, so I always knew what was going on. He saved me money by identifying a part that ultimately didn't need replacement. You'd be hard-pressed to beat his labor rates, especially for the high-quality work he does. His parts prices were so reasonable that the decision of whether to purchase my own parts or pay him for his was a no-brainer. 7stars is the right name for this place - deserves 7/5 stars, not only 5/5! The other glowing reviews certainly led me right on this one.”

“Engine light was on for over a year. I had to go back to the BMW dealership 6 times and the light kept coming back so I tried Whalen since a friend said they were amazing. The light hasn't been back since I got my car back, I almost forgot what it was like to drive without it staring at me. Donna was amazing and she offered so much help and explained everything clearly. Everything was written down on the invoice.
