This Rite Aid pharmacy is described as the best, with a wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional staff who provide excellent customer care. Customers feel confident in them, noting they go above and beyond, are courteous, and make people feel known. The pharmacy's text message and online payment systems are also appreciated for being efficient. However, the location seems grossly understaffed, leading to long wait times at the window and difficulty getting phone calls answered, though the dedicated staff themselves receive high praise.
I wish we did not have to make an appointment for vacs. I liked the walk in.

I always feel confident in the staff. I know they will have an answer for any questions I may have. They are knowledgeable and at the same time, make you feel like you're not just a customer. They know me by name and most times have my medicine in their hands by the time I get to the counter.

This Rite-Aid location is the best bar none. The Pharmacy goes above and beyond to help you. I could not be happier with the service that they provide. Thank you for providing the customercare that we rarely see anymore.
