After issues at 2 other Enterprise locations - Brian was the only one who took the time to find a solution that would work for us. He even stayed late to make sure everything was to our liking (please don't make him do this though like we sadly did, he's too nice)! Can't thank him enough. We will definitely be back to rent from this location again because of him!”

“The super professional gentleman who owns the location (Mo possibly?) was absolutely fantastic! Was able to get me checked in and off within a reasonable time. I will state that this location is in the city so if I had anything larger than the 10' truck I had it made have been difficult to get it into the available lot. Although it wasn't his responsibility the owner was super helpful about getting the care trailer connected to my truck; Thank you so much! His store was well stocked & very clean and I wish I hadn't of eaten earlier so I could've tried some of their fresh food. Thank you again.”

“When I made the online reservation I didn’t realize it was for in Buffalo. I called customer service and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. “I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”

“When you need the job done these guys are the one. While having issues with 2 men and a truck we decided to look for actual movers. We went to uhaul and told them what the previous companty did. These kind souls at the desk helped us so much. We purchased 2 dollies and rented a truck, then they guided us to their online help section to hire men who would help us. Men not boys who will come to your home under the infleunce. Uhaul sent 2 men that worked hard to load and unload our items to and from the uhaul..from one apartment to my home without any issues. Nothing was misplaced or broken everything was done perfectly. They worked hard so we got them coffee and breakfast during the morning followed by pizza and soda for lunch. The price we paid for the move wad on point and I cannot express the gratitude and level of help the two that were went did for us. Such a service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If we ever need a move again we deffinatly will go thru uhaul and their website as other companies have proven to fail us. It is good yo know that some chains and franchises are good to their word and ethical”
