After issues at 2 other Enterprise locations - Brian was the only one who took the time to find a solution that would work for us. He even stayed late to make sure everything was to our liking (please don't make him do this though like we sadly did, he's too nice)! Can't thank him enough. We will definitely be back to rent from this location again because of him!”

“Super friendly staff person, very helpful, and made the process easy for dropping off a Uhaul trailer. He directed us to pull the trailer into a gravel parking lot behind the building; there were some pretty large puddles and a bit of mud since it had rained recently, but still drive-able. I really appreciate the efficiency! Also they had a bunch of very lovely autumn flowers for sale out front at a good price so it's well worth a stop even if you are not doing Uhaul-related stuff.”

“The super professional gentleman who owns the location (Mo possibly?) was absolutely fantastic! Was able to get me checked in and off within a reasonable time. I will state that this location is in the city so if I had anything larger than the 10' truck I had it made have been difficult to get it into the available lot. Although it wasn't his responsibility the owner was super helpful about getting the care trailer connected to my truck; Thank you so much! His store was well stocked & very clean and I wish I hadn't of eaten earlier so I could've tried some of their fresh food. Thank you again.”

“This was a temporary move, I appreciated the climate controlled units, because I had some seriously fragile items; my stuff was safe, I felt secured at night knowing my stuff was not being tampered with, this is great appreciation giving the staff was so caring and professional, I will cater my needs of this particular location if necessary but right now I am not needing storage right now. “I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”

“I was here the other day, they definitely were all right. I would not say it was the greatest experience I've ever had but it wasn't terrible. They had everything I was looking for which was nice. A lot of the items seem overpriced but it's a big box store so that's kind of expected. The service was actually decent so the staff are doing something all right at the moment. It's basically the only thing in my area for this type of store, so I basically stuck shopping here no matter what. The hallways are a bit narrow and there is always someone in my way but that isn't necessarily the stores fault.”
