“I can't say enough about the fine folks at Jamesville Hardware! I was doing some work on my 16 year-old self-propelled lawnmower. Because the mower is so old, I was having trouble locating a discontinued part that was needed to fix it. Roger helped me find a replacement part and even helped me disassemble the piece in his shop to allow the part fit on my current mower.Wishing I could give these folks 6 STARS. I will definitely return to Jamesville Hardware very soon! Great place. Better people!”

“So the running joke is that the Home Depot has terrible customer service and associates hide from you when you go there. I had to run to the garden center for something, and had the opposite experience. The staff member manning the entrance greeted me when I came in, and helped me find the item I was looking for. The aisles are a little wacky and he wasn't able to direct me perfectly, and I had to do some wandering and scrounging. Still, he was so nice and at least seemed willing to help, which is more service than I usually get in these kinds of big box home stores. I'm not super handy so I can't really weigh in on everything here, but the garden center was pretty nice.”
“We had a wonderful experience a couple weeks ago. We came into the store to buy items for a painting project. We weren't sure exactly what to buy and we had quite a few questions. “I was there for 2 years and loved my job(Parts Inspector), but back in 2018, a customer from East Syracuse decided to send 75% of their business to India and as a result I was laid off. I enjoyed the people I was working with . If that didn't happen, I think I might still be there.”
