Been here twice, and both times they got me in and out in under 10 minutes without an appointment in advance. Both times the nurses (or phlebomists?) were amazing at painless sticks despite my veins being tricky for some. They were also pleasant and friendly. I'm glad I didn't read these reviews first, lol.

They do make getting the test results easier to obtain than going through Optum. But, it doesn't matter if you make an appointment for bloodworm or not, because one still has to wait a long time. Nor doe it matter if the patient is elderly either. That in itself doesn't seem right.

Easy same-day appointment. Got in quick. The phlebotomist made good small talk to distract me. It didn't hurt too bad. What more could you ask for?
