“I see all the negative reviews here and I am surprised. Over the past few years, including just this past week, I have been to this office several times. Each time I was taken at or before my appointment time, and the staff are pleasant and professional. I have never had a problem. The one thing I will say is that I have witnessed some people having trouble with the check-in process. Maybe that could be improved on.”

“Walked in for my 3pm appointment and was sorry to see a whole waiting room full of people. Apparently there were many "walk-ins". So I did my automated check-in at the kiosk and then took a seat expecting a long wait. Well I was very pleasantly surprised to only be sitting for a few minutes when I was called. Obviously my appointment took precedence over all of the walk-ins. Also my tech who drew blood was very friendly and professional, but most importantly - PAINLESS. 5 Stars all around.”
