“Me and my beloved are New comers to royal ledges and this will be our first renting experience but from the very beginning tanner made us feel right at home and we haven’t even moved in yet. They say first impressions last way beyond the moment. Then you can consider me impressed. From the transparency in the phone calls down to the Hyde park history lesson during the walk through, we felt part of the community. although he was our first and only interaction on the property. It was the only interaction needed to take the cake. He is willing to help every step of the way. I’d say it was a true human experience in a world of people just doing their “jobs”. Tanner makes an effort to give you a breath of fresh air. Thanks again we appreciate the time you take and the over all vibe extended.”

“I loved Lake Katrine apartments. The grounds were always kept so beautiful, we had great neighbors, and Donna and staff were always so pleasant to work with. I miss it here since moving out of state.”
