Danny is a true asset to the complex. He’s professional, punctual, friendly, and takes the time to explain the work he is doing in order to better help residents maintain their homes. Both he and his supervisor are great communicators and very transparent about when work will be done.

Great place to live! The maintenance staff especially, Jeff and Dan always respond to issues quickly and professionally. The management office is always courteous and responsive.

Great place to start out. Jenna was absolutely wonderful to work with, she made a stressful time simple and smooth. She is prompt with any questions or concerns you may have.

Live serenely, right near the city. From Hyde Park, the Metro-North gets you to Manhattan in just shy of two hours. Or, ride the bus to Poughkeepsie for a breezy 9-minute commute and get home in time to let the dog out.
