“I walked into the store (Smith Haven Mall) and was greeted by a person who said hello and welcomed me. Two seconds lady a woman came over to help me . (amazing now a days)I explained that I needed a jacket for a trip to Ireland. She then called another associate over because she was more knowledgable about raincoats. Her name was Stephanie and not only did she "know her raincoats" she listened to my needs and had some immediate choices. She had just been there herself and it was lovely speaking with her. She helped me pick the perfect jacket! The cashiers were even very friendly. I now also have an LLBEAN credit card. It is so rare now a days to get such personal service. You have a great store with some wonderful associates, especially Stephanie.”
“Needed a new rod and reel, something lightweight for the weakfish my buddies have been catching. I went to this shop for the first time on Saturday and asked the guy behind the counter for some help picking a rod out. He was great! He showed me a nice selection of rods in different prices, and explained to me the benefits of each one. When we got to the reels, Bill showed me a few different ones at different prices and again showed off each one. I had no idea you had to fish this way for weakfish, no wonder I’ve been having such a hard time! Just wanted to say thanks to Bill for getting me set up with the right gear, including lures and bait. He even told me a few spots to try! Came home that night with dinner for the family. Love this shop and I’m a new forever customer.”

My first thought was to visit pure hockey in Smithtown upon entering there they decided to automatically put me in a size fit machine made by Bauer that told me that my foot was a different size than what I’ve been skating in for the past 20 years of my life they proceeded to try to put me into a scared that I was not comfortable and so I decided to leave I don’t remember that Cozys sports has always been good to me my whole life let me go check out the dixhills location…From the minute I answered I was greeted with nothing but respect and everything went great I was fit in the right way WITHOUT a machine and hooked up with one great deal to make the end of my ear so much happier! I would always recommended going to cozzie sports for any of your hockey needs.. They will take their time and take care of you the right way. Especially when it comes to buying new skates they will make sure that you fit the skate the right way by monitoring you while you try it on and walk around the building.. Truly a great experience”

The manager was friendly and knowledgeable about the right mouthguard for my daughter with braces. Definitely a nice change to shop at a speciality shop and not get lost in the hunting section.”

It is now 2021 and after all the snow, sun, Hurricanes etc there is ZERO FADE AND ZERO WEAR ON THE LETTERING! OUTSTANDING AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I've also purchased MMA gear at more than reasonable pricing etc but if you need any silk screen, embroidery etc this is proof that their product/service is 5 stars”
