“Great service. When I placed my order they were out of the sized socks. Received a phone call asking if another size would work. They reassured that with my foot size being "between size" they will fit. The fit was perfect. I was also missing an item and when reported, it was mailed out the next day and was mailed with 4day service.I appreciate service like this.”

“I walked into the store (Smith Haven Mall) and was greeted by a person who said hello and welcomed me. Two seconds lady a woman came over to help me . (amazing now a days)I explained that I needed a jacket for a trip to Ireland. She then called another associate over because she was more knowledgable about raincoats. Her name was Stephanie and not only did she "know her raincoats" she listened to my needs and had some immediate choices. She had just been there herself and it was lovely speaking with her. She helped me pick the perfect jacket! The cashiers were even very friendly. I now also have an LLBEAN credit card. It is so rare now a days to get such personal service. You have a great store with some wonderful associates, especially Stephanie.”

Spoke to Alan on a Saturday evening before closing, he had no pistol in stock of what I wanted but said he would have a new shipment shipping Monday and have it by Wednessday and took my name on one of them. Never dealt with him but he’s seemed very nice enough to do this for a new customer on a very popular handgun (p365x). Reasonably priced. Can’t wait to pick it up”

“This is the best store and best staff ever! Danielle, Ally, and Kelly are such amazing staff at this store. They are always so helpful and if we can’t find an item in store, they double check their products in back and online. They never give us issues if we have returns, and we always are treated amazingly here. We will never shop at a different Under Armour store just because they deserve our business for how excellent they are. All the staff here is friendly and inviting. “Needed a new rod and reel, something lightweight for the weakfish my buddies have been catching. I went to this shop for the first time on Saturday and asked the guy behind the counter for some help picking a rod out. He was great! He showed me a nice selection of rods in different prices, and explained to me the benefits of each one. When we got to the reels, Bill showed me a few different ones at different prices and again showed off each one. I had no idea you had to fish this way for weakfish, no wonder I’ve been having such a hard time! Just wanted to say thanks to Bill for getting me set up with the right gear, including lures and bait. He even told me a few spots to try! Came home that night with dinner for the family. Love this shop and I’m a new forever customer.”

“A great sporting goods store, with a wide selection of items! Very organized and clean, with a helpful, knowledgeable staff! My only critique would be that items sell quick, so stock is sometimes low on popular items. But, I usually never have a problem finding what I need. I also feel that their prices have become more fair, in recent years. 7 years ago or so, I felt that their items were very overpriced, but now the prices are much more reasonable, when compared with competitor prices. I highly recommend this location, for any sporting goods needs.”
