“I must start my review with this info: I am a native New Yorker Baby Boomer who was born in Brooklyn and moved to Queens. I was introduced to bagels back in the 70's by my grandmother forward praying them home from her Manhattan job all the way to Freeport Long Island where they lived. We would be waiting up past midnight for my grandmother to walk in the house with bagels, lox, whitefish and cream cheese!! We'd have a feast that ended around 1:00 a.m. in the morning! With that said, this bagel place to see right back to those times. These are the real deal. Made the old school way. But you wouldn't know this if you were not someone familiar with a true NY bagel. The variety of bagels are amazing and the customer service is awesome. Long story short, if you are in Queens and looking for a real deal bagel whether- it's with butter or made as a sandwich this is the spot to go to... And they're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!!”
“This review is to commend the matchless professionalism that Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison had demonstrated when she had resolved a difficult problem regarding a safety deposit box on 1/20/24 that had involved Ridgewood Savings Bank branch located on 74-25 Grand Avenue in Elmhurst New York. Despite the initial difficulties in resolving this problem due to a miscommunication by me, she, however, remained calm and eventually researched further on whom had rented this said box. Once she had ascertained that I and my brother, George, had rented this box, she then permitted me to open this box so I could remove the contents and therefore finally close out this box. After I had turned in the safety deposit key to her and Ms. Morrison had given me a receipt pertaining to my brother's lost key, Ms. Morrison ended a four-year long legal problem involving my mother's estate. It is because of this legal closure that I can finally rest regarding my mother's estate and get on with the rest of my life... Once again, I thank Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison for the service she had rendered unto me, and I would recommend her to anyone needing banking services pertaining to Ridgewood Savings Bank. --Ronald G. The sauce especially was very tasty. The pickles in the burger were phenomenal. They had the perfect balance of vinegar and sweetness, and were wonderfully crunchy. My one complaint about the burger is the bun. It wasn't warm and soft like the buns for burgers from other places. It's like if you made toast for breakfast, but forgot about it until dinner. The bun definitely suffered as a result of getting cold.The fries ($4.50) I ordered were also cold. The cut was nice and thick, which I enjoy. They're not heavily salted, so I could really taste the fluffy potato inside. I ordered mine with the chipotle aioli, which was a little tangy for my taste, but it had a pleasant amount of heat. If they were warm, they would definitely be crispyI also ordered an apple pie cookie ($4.00). The temperature didn't matter with this. The apple filling was only in the middle of the cookie, so you had a crunchy outer ring and chewy middle of the cookie. The powdered sugar on the outer rim was nice and really helped make that part tastier. The filling had the texture of actual apples ( like if you tried to make homemade apple sauce), so it was nice. I didn't find the cookie tasting like apple pie, but its a good cookie nonetheless.”

“I absolutely love this branch because of all the wonderful people who work there. I have an elderly mother and recently she did not want to come in to the branch due to her health and several people. I went in for her and they needed proof from her personally to protect her account. The manager came outside herself to my car to ensure my mother was comfortable with her banking transaction. I could not believe the level of concern she showed for my mother. The tellers are so welcoming and amazing in this branch. I know it sometimes gets busy but I think they are all worth the wait.”

If you need Chinese speaking teller, I am not sure if this is a good branch. The only cons is that there they don't provide parking. Recommended if you don't want to spend 1 hour on line on the Mainstreet branches during an pandemic.”

Its clean. Brightly lite and atms are quick and easy to use , and thats basically what you want when you need some quick bread, just remember if you are using a non bank of America card the fees and surcharges may apply depending on bank card .”

“This place is amazing. The food and drinks are amazing. The best part about this place is the bartender/ waitress Michelle. She always gives great service no matter if she tending bar or doing her waitress Job. Last night March 1 she went above and beyond her job. She was doing double duties with a packed bar. As soon as we sat at our table she gave us our beers and menu. And despite how busy it was we got our food super fast. And our beers were never empty. I can't understate what an amazing employee she is. This is my local spot and every time we go there we never disappointed. Hell we leave the place feeling great especially after a long work week!”
