The owner and staff are all wonderful: sweet, helpful and the shop is very well maintained. They have a really great variety of clothing, bags, and accessories and ALWAYS have amazing deals and sales going on. My favorite thing about this place is the uniqueness of the pieces they offer. I always get tons of compliments when I wear something from Rhoda! 5 stars!”
“I happened in here because the dress planned for an upcoming wedding didn't fit any more (must have shrunk ?). Robin asked some questions and immediately pulled five or six real contenders out of the racks. She gave honest advice, zipped and unzipped both me and a woman in the next dressing room, and applied ZERO sales pressure. I left with two choices and my partner liked them so much he advised me to keep both. What a terrific place! I'll be back. Thanks, Robin!”

“Best best best Hot Topic! I love this store! You will find very cool merchandise here and the best customer service! The employees help you find the perfect items, from the coolest clothing and jewelry, to lots of other accessories! I love this store and you will too!”

65 S Moger Ave, Mount Kisco“Stopped here yesterday for a pair of much needed kid's flip flops. There was a sales associate near the front door (all other methods of entry/exit were closed) welcoming me & ensuring mask adherence; hand sanitizer available upon entry; clearly marked signage everywhere to help ensure social distancing and mask adherence; every sales associate was wearing a mask (accurately- over the nose & close fitting); plexiglass encased each register/check-out area (another bottle of hand sanitizer was available at each register area), etc.All sales associates were professional, helpful and courteous. This is the first time I have ventured into a non-grocery type store since March of this year due to Covid. I was very happy to see that the management of this store takes the health and safety of both their employees and the public seriously.”
“This place is packed to the gills with some really cool clothing for a smaller locally owned store. Yes, prices are what they are but the stuff they sell is often high end. Yes, this isn't Target with mediocre clothing that might cater to a lower income clientele. Squires is where one might go to get some nice ski clothing or a special gift. We should support local stores so we don't all end up looking the same in that big box Costco style Poopwear. And frankly, the prices are right for what they sell. I have found that you can get stuff at a reasonable price. As for hovering salespeople, they are trying to be helpful and all you have to say is that you are browsing and you'll let them know if you need help. The store is big enough that you can ghost the salespeople if you prefer to be left to your own devices.”

411 King St, Chappaqua“Went on line looking for the Covid vaccine. At the time they were the only retail outlet offering the shots. They had 20 appointments available when the NY State sight had none or you had to travel 60 to 250 miles to get an appointment. Got an appointment 48 hours after signing into their sight. Have received both shots to date. I was in and out in no time ! The staff was friendly and professional . The store is clean and bright . If your still looking for your Covid shots , that's the place !”
“Shopping at Ruby Sue has been the most enjoyable retail experience for me over the last 20 years that I have been supporting this beautifully curated women, owned small business. I love coming in, because the women working there truly know how to mix and match the merchandise to make you feel good about almost anything you try on! I always leave feeling like I've gotten a style refresh; fun and confident going into the rest of my days. This is not only because of the ever changing inventory, but it is because of the kind hearted nature of the knowledgeable staff. These women go out of their way to make sure every one feels beautiful in what they try on, and themselves! They do this without feeling pushy, which is so important to me when shopping. One more thing I would like to mention is that over the years of shopping here, I have come to know that this business was started by a single mother, who raised and supported her family through the support of our local community. She in turn has hired other local women, mothers whom use this opportunity to support their families as well!"When you support a local business, you are celebrating the uniqueness of your community!"”
