“Went on line looking for the Covid vaccine. At the time they were the only retail outlet offering the shots. They had 20 appointments available when the NY State sight had none or you had to travel 60 to 250 miles to get an appointment. Got an appointment 48 hours after signing into their sight. Have received both shots to date. I was in and out in no time ! The staff was friendly and professional . The store is clean and bright . If your still looking for your Covid shots , that's the place !”

“One of the best small businesses in Pleasantville. Located right on Wheeler so it’s close to everything and easy to walk to. The owner and staff are all wonderful: sweet, helpful and the shop is very well maintained. They have a really great variety of clothing, bags, and accessories and ALWAYS have amazing deals and sales going on. My favorite thing about this place is the uniqueness of the pieces they offer. But I want to say that, for all the expensive orders Richards must get, I was so appreciative and touched by the attention to detail and customer service I received. Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. “Another Simon mall, another good mall. I have been to Westchester mall twice. Today we visited on a weekday around 3pm. It was quite empty , easy to navigate within this huge mall without crowds. This is definitely not a bargain or outlet mall. It is very chic designed and has many high end brand stores like Tiffany co , Louis Vuitton and besides Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus as department stores. Whats more, Plenty of retail shopping options. As quick bite and coffee there is Starbucks and Haagen Daas at R3 floor as a refreshing ice cream stop. Food court Savor at the top floor has many healthy options including Little Beet , the melt shop and a very cute coffee bar in the middle. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was a small patio at this floor, I just love patios's and it had huge comfy sofa to relax... just lovely. There are plenty of sitting area at Savor and within the mall at various places, huge sofas or arm chairs makes it super easy to rest and continue your shopping spree. Women Restroom has an adjacent room as nursing/mothers room for nursing and diaper change. This is very thoughtful and as a new mom, I really appreciate this clean and quiet room. My only concern with this mall is the garage elevators. They are super confusing. For those who have a stroller using them is a must, not optional. And the way they are positioned are very cumbersome. We parked to P1 and then took the elevator right there- to press a button we had to figure out what is R2 - R3 and after a while seeing the chart and stores assigned to either of R2 and R3we figured out that is retail 2 and 3... on our way back, we took a different elevator which says P.F. Chang snd this one doesn't have P1 level as a button. We realized that we came with the other elevator which is Nordstrom elevators... and had to walk all the way back... it is frustrating to figure out these labyrinth like system.”
“This is a fabulous local store with a well-edited women’s and men’s selection. Their customer service is amazing! They will help you as much or as little as you want. They are honest in telling you what looks good and how items fit. They genuinely seem excited about fashion, are knowledgeable about their products and are so friendly and welcoming to their customers. I have shopped here for many years. But it even seems like during the pandemic they have strived to go above and beyond to meet their customers’ needs. I had such a fun experience there recently and they offered to ship a winter jacket to my son who is @ college with a return label to facilitate the return if it didn’t fit. I will continue to support this local business...”

She gave honest advice, zipped and unzipped both me and a woman in the next dressing room, and applied ZERO sales pressure. “I used to go to the West Village Rag & Bone, but thought the salespeople were kids & just not great.I love Rag and Bone and I finally had a salesperson that’s as great as their clothes.If you’re in the Greenwich store see ANGELA, she is such a doll; funny, friendly and ultra knowledgeable about the products. I tried on one of their classic calfskin leather jackets and she quickly figured out I needed to go a size down. Also, a $1K gorgeous jacket that fits great was on sale PLUS another 30% off. It ended up being HALF the original price. Also, she knew immediately what I needed and got my favorite knit TShirts from the stock room AND gave me a 20% discount on an item that’s NEVER on sale. “Stopped here yesterday for a pair of much needed kid's flip flops. There was a sales associate near the front door (all other methods of entry/exit were closed) welcoming me & ensuring mask adherence; hand sanitizer available upon entry; clearly marked signage everywhere to help ensure social distancing and mask adherence; every sales associate was wearing a mask (accurately- over the nose & close fitting); plexiglass encased each register/check-out area (another bottle of hand sanitizer was available at each register area), etc.All sales associates were professional, helpful and courteous. This is the first time I have ventured into a non-grocery type store since March of this year due to Covid. I was very happy to see that the management of this store takes the health and safety of both their employees and the public seriously.”

The manager Catalina Garcia was absolutely wonderful and a dream to work with! I was looking for some rare, hard to find bespoke upcycled pieces and Catalina went ABOVE and beyond to locate pieces for me from across all the boutiques. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at this particular LoveShackFancy boutique . It is incredibly well organized and run under Catalina Garcia. I would absolutely recommend making her your sales associate and going through her. Be sure to check out this location and work with Ms. Garcia- you will not be disappointed! One of the best experiences I’ve had with this brand!”

“This place is packed to the gills with some really cool clothing for a smaller locally owned store. Yes, prices are what they are but the stuff they sell is often high end. Yes, this isn't Target with mediocre clothing that might cater to a lower income clientele. Squires is where one might go to get some nice ski clothing or a special gift. We should support local stores so we don't all end up looking the same in that big box Costco style Poopwear. And frankly, the prices are right for what they sell. I have found that you can get stuff at a reasonable price. As for hovering salespeople, they are trying to be helpful and all you have to say is that you are browsing and you'll let them know if you need help. The store is big enough that you can ghost the salespeople if you prefer to be left to your own devices.”
