Vinny was kind enough to give me the name and number of an independent glass installer and he also called them for me right away. The installer came to my work address within the hour. Vinny, thanks so much for your help! There are not a lot of places that will help out like this when they personally won't profit from the business.”

“Being a popular high school jock that knows nothing about cars makes me an easy target for mechanics to take advantage of. Thankfully the team at Citywide is full of kind hearted men who always have the customers best interest in mind. My Nissan Altima with 250k miles on it was on life support. I brought her to Citywide and they brought my baby back to life. I broke down in Mahopac and had the pleasure of being towed by one of the owners Gary (Irish guy who pretends to be italian). He was at the scene within minutes and was super polite and helpful. The owner Mike (Goofty Italian Guy) and his team performed all the necessary work to keep my car running while keeping the cost low. I am thankful I have found my new family mechanic and will be a citywide customer for life.”

“I visited them to purchase a battery for my car. Liz was very knowledgeable about the correct battery and explained the way it was made and how it worked. I noticed they also offered jump starters. I requested information on one of them and she informed me it was too much battery for my car. It was a battery more suitable for a truck (I have a sedan) and cost prohibitive for my model. She suggested an alternative jumper at a more reasonable price and explained how it works and its benefits. AND they sell double A lithium batteries! I highly recommend them for all your battery needs and more. It was my 1st visit to them and it won’t be my last.”

“All I can say is...WOW! This is, by far, the most incredibly positive experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I just stopped by to see what they could do for me at a future date. Instead, without an appointment, they immediately took my car and fixed two problems with it, in an extremely timely manner. And they did it FREE OF CHARGE. How often do you here of a company being so kind to a new customer. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, and everyone had a smile and a friendly "Hello" for me. They fixed my problems in record time, and were extremely courteous. If I were to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 20! You really need to utilize this company. I can not say enough good things about them.”

“So impressed and thankful to Dave and Alex for helping us patch a flat tire, last-minute, as we were headed out of town. I'm new to the area and called the closest place I could find on Google. While Google said they closed at 6, they actually close at 5 and to my delight, Dave, the owner, answered and said that as long as I could get to his shop by 4:40, he would have someone patch the tire, even if they needed to stay slightly past 5. I didn't ask him to do us this favor, he offered and was so kind about it. Alex fixed our tire quickly, had a great attitude and even joked around with us, showing no issue having to stay a few minutes past closing.
While I waited for Alex to fix our tire, Dave sat and talked with us once he learned we were house-hunting in the area. He was lovely to converse with, provided us with some local recs for other service providers, and was so nice, you felt like you were at a café having coffee with him vs waiting on your car.

“I must confess that I am not a person who likes to write reviews about my purchases or services but the service I have received from New Level Auto Repair over the years is well worth taking the time.
I am a client who has been with them since they started the business and I must say that over the years I have seen their growth in terms of quality of work, guarantees on repairs and most importantly, clear and honest communication with the customer.
In my case, I am a client who lives in New Jersey and it is impossible for me to leave my car at the shop on weekdays, with a call they allowed me to drop my car on a Saturday and pick it up the following Saturday.
On Monday my car was inspected and I received a complete report including photos and videos about the maintenance and recommended repairs for my vehicle, after that the service advisor contacted me and answered all the questions and doubts I had about the estimate and once the work was authorized, they proceeded with the repair.
The price was a fraction of what my local dealer had quoted me to do the same job and the guarantees that New Level Auto Repair offers are much better than those offered by my dealer so despite the distance I have to drive I will continue to be their customer and I hope they can soon open a shop here in New Jersey so that more people can have access to this type of service.”
