“My tire was completely flat and I was on my way to a new job. I was stressed that I’d be late to my brand new job. I found this place and couldn’t be more happy that I did. It was freezing but someone still came out immediately to help. The mechanic didn’t start his shift until 8am so I would have to wait about 20 mins. I was offered to wait inside and have coffee but I ended up staying in my car for a few minutes. A few mins later the mechanic came out early to help. I waited in the office for just a few mins while they worked on my tire. Everyone was friendly and communicative. I was out of there by 8:06 and was early to work! Plus it was only $20 to fix! Thank you so much for everything!”

“I had previously used this Mavis location happily but then had problems there so stopped. I reluctantly went in this morning with a screw in my tire. The welcome was lovely and the staff had all changed. Instead of waiting for a whole day (this used to be a thing) they plugged the tire as requested and quoted me a fantastic price for 2 new tires. Justin went out of his way to be polite, respectful and engaging. He also responded to me like he was actually listening to what I said. Wow! How things have changed there! I am excited to return my custom to them.”
“I visited them to purchase a battery for my car. Liz was very knowledgeable about the correct battery and explained the way it was made and how it worked. I noticed they also offered jump starters. I requested information on one of them and she informed me it was too much battery for my car. It was a battery more suitable for a truck (I have a sedan) and cost prohibitive for my model. She suggested an alternative jumper at a more reasonable price and explained how it works and its benefits. AND they sell double A lithium batteries! I highly recommend them for all your battery needs and more. It was my 1st visit to them and it won’t be my last.”

“My alternator went out on route 6 late one evening and my girl called the pro shop for me. Shorty after, Joey comes by with a battery pack and manages to get my car over to the shop. Soon after, they had my car ready with new parts and got me back on the road at a very reasonable cost. It was cool to meet someone that is not only honest and reliable, but that offers super hero service ?.. Anyways, go check out Pro Shop Auto Body and ask for Joey. You wont be disappointed.”
“I brought them my absolutely filthy - it's been used as basically a farm truck for two years - little Chevy Spark to be cleaned up before surprising a 16 year old with it as his first car. Even though I hadn't been able to plan in advance and make an appointment, Luis the manager couldn't have been more helpful, fit us in and just a few hours later, I picked up a car that was sparkling inside and out, smelled great (replacing the previous overwhelming scent of donkeys!) and renewed all over. I didn't really have time to do any repairs to the paint scraped off in back after an encounter with the corner of a barn while backing up once but Luis and the gentleman who did the detailing worked some sort of magic that darkened it so it blended with the rest of the car's black paintwork. Couldn't have been happier with the job they did - at a great price. The whole team was friendly and it was just a very positive experience from beginning to end.”

“They do exceptional work. I dropped my Jeep Wrangler off for a bumper replacement and I had quite a few scratches as well and they did a great job You can’t even tell that they were there! They also took a look around the whole car and removed any other scratches they found along with a larger one free of charge!Amazing service. My Jeep was repaired in a timely manner - a lot quicker than expected /,they definitely won’t leave your car there for days unattended. They got right to work. They also detailed it inside dnd out. It looks beautiful. I was very surprised that it was cleaned when I picked up because I was not expecting it. I thought the repairs would have been done only - I was pleasantly surprised. They went the extra mile and you can tell they take pride in their work. Staff is patient, super friendly, honest and accommodating. If you need body work done - take it there because your vehicle will be in great hands ?”

“I found this shop while looking for a tow company to take my car to the dealership - I went with them for the price. The gentleman who came and picked up my car was prompt, courteous and very nice.Soon after that tow my car needed repairs - I had no idea what it needed - I came to them with a list of things that I "heard, felt and at some point probably imagined!" They took my car in and found two things. They could have, at that point told me that I had to fix both (other places I have been to would have said they couldn't diagnose the one without fixing the other). I was worried and would have fixed both of them. But instead they told me the TRUTH - take care of one job at a time and let's see what happens - if the car runs right w/the simple fix we can then fix the other thing - if the car doesn't then I could look into a big fix or a new car :-(They nailed the problem with a simple fix and the second problem was simple also and that was taken care of. I left their office feeling great. Feeling like they actually cared.Recently I had another repair needed, yes I am trying to avoid a new car;-) I thought it was going to cost more money than I could put into the car-I thought an exhaust system, I was counting my pennies, getting ready to break the bank. I dropped the car off, they got to it quickly and efficiently. They called me and told me it was another inexpensive fix to the exhaust system instead of a new system. Again, honesty.This shop is filled with honest and caring people! I have dealt with many auto mechanics and repair shops over the years and I have NEVER walked away from them feeling like they were sincerely taking care of the customer.Citywide Automotive has never treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. Each mechanic and the owner listen and are above and beyond honest, sincere and caring. Janette and her customer service, is so outgoing and friendly and always goes above and beyond to make you feel you have got your car at the right place!Thank you Citywide!”

“CCC repaired a balky and grinding clutch on my 2007 G35S Infiniti that had been misdiagnosed for years and probably installed improperly---it was my 2nd clutch.Anthony gave me 3 options to remediate the problem, advising me on the least costly.My Infiniti now runs better than it has in years. I can say that CrotonCarClub did a superb job at a decent price. My only complaint was that the job took longer than initially promised, but it was well worth the wait.I highly recommend CCC.”
