The wait was short but the branch manager & business banker Franklyn were very helpful. Franklyn solved my issue right away. He called me today and solved another issue i was having with my merchant service account. I'm very pleased with the staff in this branch. AAAA++++”

“Another one of my favorite Chase banks. I would love to give them 5 stars if they had more staff available. I had to come twice to speak to someone for a pre-approved credit card. The place is clean and they even have a place to wash your hands. I'm especially grateful that they have a security guard posted at night so I can withdraw money from the ATM machines safely. I am grateful for the options that an employee by the name of Russel gave me on my pre approved credit card. He gave me options to choose the best credit card that will be better for me. The process took only 6 minutes.”
