“Excellent customer service! Upon my first arrival I was greeted within seconds of entering the store. I had a tux that I needed tailored for a wedding and I needed it done in 7 days. Sam assured me it wouldn't be a problem and Mickey got to work taking my measurements. 7 days later, I returned to pick up my tux and saw both gentlemen, flawlessly assisting, measuring, and providing great service to a multiple shoppers while also taking care of me. Highly recommend! Thanks again Sam!”

“Shirt ninja is the best thing to happen to the shops at Ithaca Mall in a long time! I submitted an image for a custom shirt, and it was ready within 48 hours. The communication was great and friendly, the final product is fantastic, and the price for a custom shirt is affordable. Very pleased and happy to have Shirt Ninja in town!”

“A lovely guy named Jack had helped me out in this location. He helped me around the store and get the things I needed. I highly recommend going to see this guy, he’s amazing and even checked me out on the register after!”

“Decent selection of Cornell items. Staff was friendly. Prices seem down par for most college bookstores. Very limited selection of items in larger sizes. Did not see anything above the women's XL.”

“Urban Outfitters has been upping their makeup/beauty products lately. They have really nice perfumes, face sprays/mists and palettes. I liked this Urban Outfitters because of their back window that looks out onto the canal walkway. It's a very pretty location. There's only street parking. Their sale section wasn't the largest I've seen at a UO. I liked that sold Cable Buddies iPhone-lightning charger covers and rubber banana pencil bags. I got a cropped linen blouse here on sale for $24 (super expensive still for what it was). I like that UO is a great place to buy gifts. They have beauty products, clothes for men/women, house stuff, and books. They have a lot of self-reflection journal style books. The worker here wore a cropped top that showed her midriff. I'm not surprised that workers can do that here at UO but it was definitely the 1st time I've seen it.”
