“Excellent customer service! Upon my first arrival I was greeted within seconds of entering the store. I had a tux that I needed tailored for a wedding and I needed it done in 7 days. Sam assured me it wouldn't be a problem and Mickey got to work taking my measurements. 7 days later, I returned to pick up my tux and saw both gentlemen, flawlessly assisting, measuring, and providing great service to a multiple shoppers while also taking care of me. “Thank you! My husband and I were at Fontana’s Shoes in Ithaca on Monday. He got hiking boots, and we both got sandles and running shoes. I'm difficult to fit in running shoes. WOW! You fitted me beautifully! I ran 4 miles last night and forgot I was wearing brand new shoes. I didn't even think about my feet once! Thank you for taking the time to really work with both of us. Well worth the drive (1.5 hours)! And thank you for the suggestions to the various waterfalls and hikes. We did them all (in our new sandles!), in the rain and had a great day!!! THANK YOU!!!!”
