After standing around there for about 15 minutes and wondering what's taking so long, the lady comes out with the part fixed! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting to buy the part, install it and fix it myself. All we had to do was go back home and screw it on and Bam it worked. You don't get that kind of service in the big box stores. And they really do have anything you'll ever need there.”

This time it's because I bought something online that the house REALLY needed, but couldn't leave my house because my mother is bed ridden, not well, and for over a week I couldn't find someone appropriate to safely watch her so I could go pick it up. When Ace called me because they wanted to remind me that I had a product waiting, I explained my situation and asked if they could please just hold it a little longer. The next day, my doorbell rang and an Ace employee had their hand outreached to me with the product and a smile. I was and am floored. This is the old timey kind of customer service from my youth and not usually seen anymore. Thank you to whichever employees were involved in that whole resolution. :)”

“This review was written by my brother Orlando... Frank Plumbing Supply is for DIYers and industy pros. After some advance research, I told them I wanted a 3/4-inch stop valve that would be sweated on a copper line. I spoke to one friendly person over the phone and was helped by a different person over the phone. When I walked in, they could tell I wasnt an industry pro and MULTIPLE people started proactively offering helpful advice. They explained gate valve vs ball valve with demo. When I stated that I did not have space for the long handles on a ball valve, one shared that some plumbers cut and shape the handles themselves. One man-- who has worked there for maybe 10+ years--brought out a T-handle ball valve, which has a short handle!!! They had all these options for my 3/4" copper pipe, more options than both Lowes and Home Depot... at lower prices. I didn't have to beg for help either. THANK YOU!!! Yes, I recommend them. Btw... they are open on Sunday!!!”
