I am absolutely delighted. In search of special rails to fix an older file cabinet. The owner amazed me by finding metal pieces, cutting them down to size to match the one I still had, and then taking the time to notch them to match. All at an incredible price. This owner and his store are GEMS...thank you so much for helping!

I called ahead and they said they had my needed item but then I arrived and it was not available. They don't seem to know the product lines well.
