My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment at Royal Crest with our 2 dogs back at the beginning of August and are so happy we did! The staff at the leasing office, the property manager and the maintenance men are all so kind and so helpful! If we put in a maintenance request, they are very quick to address the issue at hand. They also have 2 great dog parks that we love taking our dogs to.

Be aware if you don’t have a stellar credit score you will not be accepted.. You pay a $20 per person fee for a background check so if you’re not accepted you lose your money.. They don’t take into consideration that a person has never been evicted makes plenty of money to pay the rent but it all boils down to a stellar credit score.. When not accepted management doesn’t seem like they don’t want to let you know what’s going on I kept leaving messages than finally someone called me back.. If you don’t have a stellar credit score no need to apply & save your $20 per person background check money..

Just moved in this past week. Transferred from a different complex. Let me just say from the start, the property manager Jenna, has been so helpful and understanding of everything and dealing with all my emails! Compared to our old place, this actually feels like a home!! The layout, space and appliances are amazing! As we started moving in all the neighbors from the building came out with their dogs and welcomed us home! Very friendly, clean, and quiet place to live and enjoy your family time! Lots of areas to walk your dogs and just enjoy the outdoors, have a nice bbq with all the charcoal grills in the park area, or just relaxing in the pool! Looking forward to going into the pool soon before the season is up! I highly recommend this place and Jenna and all the wonderful staff here! Can finally have friends and family over with peace of mind! Thank you Jenna for all you did!

Just moved here with my family a month ago & we love it! The area is beautiful and the apartment is spacious even for 3 people. Jenna, the property manager was super helpful during a very stressful search for apartments. We have so many great amenities as well. If you’re looking for a nice place to start out at a reasonable price look no further.

Danny is a true asset to the complex. He’s professional, punctual, friendly, and takes the time to explain the work he is doing in order to better help residents maintain their homes. Both he and his supervisor are great communicators and very transparent about when work will be done.

If you have issues whispering all the time. And walking on your tippy toes. Don’t bother. You can hear people having conversation from the apartments above, below, across. Using the bathroom, sneezing, coughing, snoring. As small as walking around and having a casual conversation and listening to music, watching a movie can get you a noise complaint.Neighbors will swear, you don’t have respect when a lot of these complaints are out of our control. Do not misconstrued paper thin walls to people being disrespectful. Apartment is high priced for the constant complaining from neighbors. But I will never complain about the neighbors because it’s not their fault the building is poorly built but I thank God everyday for this warm place to live and a roof over my head. I should be able to live comfortably, go to sleep when I want, walk around the apartment when I want and have conversation( normal inside voices) when I want. I’m a night owl. Bed at 4 am. my hours at work has made that for me. It’s where I get time for myself after a long day of work and my kids in bed. Always worried about that eviction notice over simple noises. Can’t keep worrying where my family is going to be tomorrow because of these noise complaints. Which are not in my control.

Royal Ledges is a great place to start out. My wife and I love it here, we love all of the amenities and its peaceful and quiet. Our neighbors are very nice. If your looking for a place to call home look no further. Your close to many different restaurants and of course the Vanderbilt mansion. The management is very helpful and kind. The property itself is kept neat and clean. The only con I would give is if your neighbor smokes and you don't, you will also smoke. Other than that great place to live!

Having just moved in, we are beyond thrilled. The apartment is spacious, even for two people, the grounds are meticulous, it’s peaceful at night yet bustling with family fun during the day! The picnic/pool area was in full swing over the hot weekend and it’s a great place to just walk (just the right amount of incline), with plenty of shade trees, and a pond with fountains. I love being here so far!Jenna has been amazing! The main reason why I chose The Royal Ledges was because Jenna took the time to respond to me, which was not the case with many other properties I reached out to, and made me feel like I was important and a priority! When we signed the lease, she was genuinely excited for us! That’s, called”Good Customer Service” and it’s a dying art form! Thank you, Jenna!, and ps: you were right, I love that one stairwell closet and the view from my living room window is spectacular. Our neighbors are friendly and on day one helped us out while we were moving in! They noticed I had trouble unlocking the door for the first time (user error) but I got a visit from maintenance (neighbor called him) to check on the lock, just to be sure. He professionally and respectfully confirmed for me it was user error! ?Despite my angst about moving in general, I think we are going to really like it here. I’ve been looking for a place to spend my “sunset” years, I may have found the perfect place. Close to where I grew up, close to family and even closer to work! It just feels like a good place to call home.

Jenna Kremble, the property manager, was so helpful when I was applying for a one bedroom apartment. I currently live in MA and am moving for my residency in August so I wasn’t able to go see the apartments available in person. Jenna took the time to send me pictures which was great. Also, she was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the application process. I’m very excited to move to Royal Ledges in a month!

I been living at the Ledges for a little over a year now , I love ❤️ the Apt my one bedroom is very spacious . The management are very professional and kind especially Jenna . They do need to start remodeling the outside of the buildings and patios cause they are very old and ppl will not no how nice the inside is by looking at the outside. I hope they remodel the buildings cause the place is a nice quiet and friendly environment . I think I will stay with hopes to have the option to buy .

I had a leak in my ceiling that was caused by a dip in the roof. I had called maintenance and left a message. Then Jenna the manager called me back right away and sent over maintenance. They came within 20 minutes and inspected the leak. Jeff (maintenance)was very helpful and had a third party come back to fix the roof. i’m so grateful to have maintenance that actually responds to my inquiries in a timely manner! Thank you!

Thin walls. I wish we had a heads up on when work will be done to units. If you work overnights good luck. What’s managements action plan for rude/inconsiderate tenants?! Management has the nerve to tell you “do not bang on the ceiling to make unit above aware of how loud they are being”.Emailed to me by management => “ I am reaching out to you as we have received your recent google review. We do our best behind the scenes to mitigate issues with other residents, but ultimately that doesn’t mean that it always works.”
