“I’ve been using an iPhone 7S for almost 8 yrs…lol….finally had to be pushed kicking and screaming to purchase aniPhone14 Pro, as my old phone would not support some of my reading apps which was a “no go” for me and forced me into it.Monica & John couldn’t have been more patient, helpful, kind and knowledgeable in making the change as easy as pie! When I returned a few days later to purchase an accessory I wanted, Chris was similarly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This store and its staff are the best! Highly recommend.”

“This location was superb. All other locations have changed things in my account without my permission or advising me !!" I then have to call to fight to have them put back on . Some grandfathered in options they no longer have. This location was extremely helpful, and I will recommend it to everyone I know and I will continue to go to there . They're Absolutely the best !!! Highly recommend. No pressure , no adding features unbeknownst to me , no surprises straight forward and give you exsactly what you asked for .. Nick was the person who helped me but the other staff (unfortunately I didn't get thier names were also wonderful and helpful recommend any rep at this location)”
“We swung by on a whim to take a look at some options, with no real purchases or upgrades in mind. We were greeted right away by Kyle. We started by explaining that one of us wanted to reduce the lines on our wireless account - and he proceeded to spend the next 2 hours helping us troubleshoot with Verizon corporate to get us the best possible discounts for the account.Kyle never pressured us to purchase or upgrade anything, but presented us a lot of great options and broke down the price and service differences for us. We ended up upgrading one line because of the deal he found for it. He also helped check and link our Fios account to get us even more discounts.We felt like Kyle was very upfront and honest with us. He really went to bat for us when dealing with corporate. Based on the service we received, we are definitely planning to come back when we're ready to get new devices.”

“I placed an order for pickup on n October 9, 2023. When I went to pick up my order was wrong. They went to look for the item. Item could not be found. They gave me 30 dollars in store credit. Then when they said they can do delivery I said fine. Then they gave me another 5 dollars because of the tax. I wasn't expecting this at all. I was presently surprised. I definitely will go back and shop there.”
