“The store reps did a great job steering me in the right direction. The manager Bill was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right plan for my newest needs such as a new business and international travel that I didn't even think of upon walking in. T-Mobile however did have some problems porting in my numbers and applying some expected discounts and setting up a business T-mobile user account, but in the end, thanks to the store representatives and Bill, everything was remedied and I'm a happy camper saving money and getting an extra business line for less than what I was paying before.”

“This AT&T store is great. I worked with the manager I believe his name was Mark, he was amazing. He knew exactly what he was talking about when it comes to all this billing and AT&T stuff. He explained my bill step by step and set me up with a new plan that saved me money and got me into my new phone. He made it such an easy process. I also worked with Alani and another gentleman there Mike, the sales representatives that were both professional and attentive!! Thank you everyone in that store, everything was great. Give these people a raise!!!”

He had a lot of patience, knowledge in helping us decide a phone that would work well and was extremely pleasant. “We swung by on a whim to take a look at some options, with no real purchases or upgrades in mind. We were greeted right away by Kyle. We started by explaining that one of us wanted to reduce the lines on our wireless account - and he proceeded to spend the next 2 hours helping us troubleshoot with Verizon corporate to get us the best possible discounts for the account.Kyle never pressured us to purchase or upgrade anything, but presented us a lot of great options and broke down the price and service differences for us. We ended up upgrading one line because of the deal he found for it. He also helped check and link our Fios account to get us even more discounts.We felt like Kyle was very upfront and honest with us. He really went to bat for us when dealing with corporate. Based on the service we received, we are definitely planning to come back when we're ready to get new devices.”

Some grandfathered in options they no longer have. This location was extremely helpful, and I will recommend it to everyone I know and I will continue to go to there . They're Absolutely the best !!! “I placed an order for pickup on n October 9, 2023. When I went to pick up my order was wrong. They went to look for the item. Item could not be found. They gave me 30 dollars in store credit. Then when they said they can do delivery I said fine. Then they gave me another 5 dollars because of the tax. I wasn't expecting this at all. I was presently surprised. I definitely will go back and shop there.”
