“I have been shopping here for many years and their merchandise is wonderful, artsy, unique and hand crafted. And their customer service is second to none. I couldn't get to the shop so I ordered something online, it arrived missing a piece. I notified them, the owner called me, apologized, asked me if I would prefer a replacement or credit and immediately sent me the correct item with all the pieces and a check for my return postage. So amazing in these time of ordering something from who knows where and struggling to find a human being to speak to if you have a problem.”
“My fiancé didn't want a diamond ring. I tried a few local jewelers but found if you aren't buying a diamond ring they are confused and try to sell you a diamond ring with a different stone but then i went to HV Goldsmiths. I came to them with an idea, Sarah helped flush it out and Jon nailed the design! Jon sent me pictures of the stones, worked with me on making my design feasible, made a wax model of it, showed me various stones, and was so easy to work with. I'd recommend them for any jewelry you're looking for but especially engagement rings and any other custom jewelry!”

“I purchased an insert for my ring from Kay’s. They helped me, they were very patient with my trying on lots, of rings. Gave their opinion when asked. I also had repairs and checks and cleaning and they never once make you feel like you are bothering them. What a great group of women they have working there. Nicole the manager, three beautiful employees. Theresa, Donna, and Ava. I go there for my jewels!!! Trust them with them if and when repairs have to go out.”

“We worked with Dennis & The Green Cottage for an event at Mohonk Mountain House a few weeks ago. Our flower arrangements were perfect! They were above expectation and livened up the entire room. The variety and colors of the flowers were extensive, and great for our theme. He worked with us to fit our budget without compromise, and delivered exciting, professional creative craftsmanship at a great value. Wish we lived closer to use Green Cottage all the time!”
