I couldn't get to the shop so I ordered something online, it arrived missing a piece. I notified them, the owner called me, apologized, asked me if I would prefer a replacement or credit and immediately sent me the correct item with all the pieces and a check for my return postage. So amazing in these time of ordering something from who knows where and struggling to find a human being to speak to if you have a problem.”
