I did not get the name of the other associate there at the time but he was also friendly and asked if we needed help. The paint is expensive but it is a superior product to the competitors. “Reminds me of the old fashioned hardware stores my father used to take me to on weekends when he'd be doing chores. I needed an obscure nut for a very old bolt on an old house. The guy there couldn't find it among the racks and could've easily said they don't have it, but instead he asked if I had a few minutes to wait and then disappeared into the basement I think. Came back about 10 minutes later with a whole box of them so I could see which one fit the best. They just don't do things like that anymore in this high speed Amazon world. He went the extra distance for me and I'll always give a shout out to excellent service.”
