“Talia and Jeanine at Maximum K9 were so helpful with selecting some items I needed for my dog, Rugar. I came in looking for a crate and they helped me to choose the perfect one. Talia called over to the warehouse to see if it was in stock and after some discussion, we decided it best that I order online for pickup at the store. I also got a slip lead (Jeanine showed me how to use it) and a tug toy and bone that Talia said her dog loves! Their expertise and assistance made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality pet products and knowledgeable staff. “I tried the "Self Serve Dog Wash." It worked out really well. I bought 5 baths for $40 so I could do all of my dogs for $8 each. I took the two bravest pups as a test run. The dogs were secured in the tub with a tether. Four several types of shampoos, a waterproof apron, and towels are provided. Use the powerful dryer right in the tub. Don't forget the brush like I did. The floor gets slippery, so be careful. Update: The wash area was renovated. New nozzles for the hose and dryer were present. Clips to tie your dog on the floor were added, so you can safely clean out the tub, which some people don't do. I think employees should check the area, especially on busy days, because sometimes I have to clean out the hair left behind by other dog owners.”
“The whole staff is very knowledgeable. I went in for canine aspirin since my 14 year old havanese pulled a muscle in her back leg and was limping. The vet recommended the canine aspirin and the manager of this store actually uses the product I got for his 14 year old dog that has joint and hip issues and it works amazingly for their dog. Only on day 2 so not much improvement yet, but he was great and answered all of my questions and made me feel more secure in the purchase of the pain relief medicine. Keep up the great work guys!”

“This is the best store in NY state if not the US. I have gone to many stores and Tropical Island aquarium has it all. From rare and exotic fish to the highest end coral. For beginners it is where you must go to start off in the hobby. The reason why I say it’s the best because they have the most competitive prices for the nicest coral and exotic fish beats the highly marketed online sellers and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.”
“I’ve been a customer with Farmingville Feed for approximately 6 months. I use them to get my mini-dachshund groomed every few months. I have always been comfortable with each grooming session, and have always been pleased with how my pup looks. Laurie is friendly, attentive, and always handles my dog with care. Laurie’s grooming is always done efficiently, and my pup looks adorable and smells amazing every time! They also carry brand names so there are a lot of choices. Crazy how we got a whole Butterball Turkey for $13 total! I liked Lidl better than Aldi and we'll be back :)”
“I brought my 7 month old mini golden doodle to Doggie Dons for grooming. When we arrived we were invited into the back while Don finished shaving another dog. My puppy was nervous and shaking at first but calmed down after a few minutes. When it was her turn she was calm and relaxed. They did a great job and when I picked her up a few hours later I was very pleased with her appearance. I will definitely be back in the future.”
“I love pet supply plus. They are friendly and great customer service. Their loyalty program is worth it. Especially if you have a return. My only thing is that they are the only ones that carry wx low pherious on the shelf. Because they have the in gravy in stock they had not ordered the puree. They were out of stock for 2 weeks, when I called and inquired they said that they can't garentee it will be there for another two weeks. Forcing my hand to order online. If they have what you are looking for, they are great. I recommend checking out their website for stock before you head down.”

“The ladies at the Grooming saloon, very understanding and caring towards my cocker spaniel. They were very patient. they took into consideration to cut his fur first, and then wash him then groom him so that he wouldn’t be so anxious. I know this all sounds just what they should do but they were very understanding. also look like they did not rush just to get them out.”
“I've been searching for a good reliable groomer for over 3 years for my Labradoodle. After six different places, I was referred to Janice at South Shore Grooming. I called and left a message on Saturday and got a call back within 24hrs for a Monday appointment. I have to admit I was a little anxious, especially after having no luck with the previous groomers. I dropped off my furbaby at 10am and got a ball back by 12pm that she was ready. I was surprised to say the least since in the past it's taken at least 4+ hours at all the other places. But when I got there I was pleasantly surprised. Janice was able to accomplish what no other groomer had, she managed to do a full grooming on my relatively big (75+ lbs) girl, without having to air dry her or keep her in a kennel for longer than needed. Keke (my furbaby) was absolutely excited to see me but what I noticed was that she didn't look sad like she normally did after our previous grooming sessions. Janice took real good care of Keke and you could visibly see how happy she was. I feel like I just hit the jackpot finding Janice so close by. Thank you for taking such good care of my furbaby and making her look and smell great!!! I can officially say I have found a groomers for LIFE!!!!! “Planned to bring my 3 cats for flea baths while the exterminator was bombing out our home. The guy working was really knowledgeable and told me he couldn’t see any on them. I had used Advantage on them 3 weeks prior and didn’t know it would have been too soon for a flea bath if they had needed one. I’m glad he was honest because he said it could have been dangerous for my cats to get the bath. Who knows, other places might have not cared and done it anyway. He let me board them and the dogs while the exterminator took care of the fleas, very nice guy. He has a new customer”

“I adopted Molly from Long Island Feline Adoption Center in January 2023 and Im glad i did and its been nothing but joy and love ever since. Molly is my first cat and I definitely was a bit nervous as I only had dogs previously and I knew the breeds were definitely different. As soon as I arrived at Feline Adoption Center Cheryll took her time to get to know me and my living situation and what I was looking for and matched me with Molly. I came in on a Monday and visited every day that week and went home with Molly that Saturday. Molly is such a sweet, beautiful and well behaved cat. Im so lucky to have her and Im so thankful to Cheryll for matching us Molly is what was missing from my life. Molly is so comfortable in her new home and its only been 5 months and I know that love and joy is only going to continue to grow as I hope she lives a long & happy life. “I was really Shocked , I heard their Radio Spot & took a chance , I'm a 1st time user & had Ordered online 4 Perscriptions for my Dog Louie after 7p.m. when they were Closed . To my Amazement i got them Delivered to me by 3p.m. the next Day & i live out in the Moriches . I am Blown away with these Folks & i saved about $30 on all 4 Meds . GREAT JOB PET DRUG STORE !!!
