“Had a sim issue with my z flip 5, stopped by during the day and got the wrong number and almost lost my actual number due to the incompetence of some tattooed employee (don't remember his name, that's how you know he was bad) but I came into the store later that same day, spent 5 minutes working with a man named Paris and got everything fixed the right way. Paris was extremely professional and understanding of the situation, the entire process took like 5 minutes, employees should STRIVE to be HALF as professional as Paris was. If you're reading this brotha thank you again!!!”
