“We went in for a scheduled inspection of my mom’s car. We were met by the district manger, Mark and he was so kind. My dad passed away last month so my mom was anxious about maintaining this car. Mark spent time listening to her, answering all her questions and made sure she didn’t wait long. He even took the time to change the oil and clean all the paint streaks from a mishap in her driveway. She was so happy she tried to tip him, but he wouldn’t take it. He said making her smile was enough. We feel very lucky to have found Tire Choice and will definitely return.”
