“Been going to McBrides since i was little with our family cats. Fast forward to my adult years and still here. I wouldn't trust my two dogs with ANYONE else. Doctor Parkhill is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and many other things, but she will also tell you the facts so you know exactly what you need to know to care for your animal properly . Many many times she has stayed after hours to not only squeeze myself in but others. When we had to put our Diamond girl down, my husband was so distraught. She made myself and my husband so at ease. She gave us all the time we needed and made sure the office was quiet during our time.Doc Parkhill also saved our CoCo with a full mastectomy. She was a rescue who was bred way too young. If it wasn’t for her catching the tiny lump, it would have possibly developed into breast cancer. Thank you Doc Parkhill for all you do. Your passion for you job truly shows.”

“*UPDATE* I came to leave a review not realizing I already left one. But I need to add more. I recently had to put my biggie to sleep. He was only 6. His liver started failing. Possibly cancer. I'll never know. It's the worst experience I've ever been through. 3 weeks of hell watching my baby get sicker and sicker, nothing i did helped. But from the moment I walked into this place on Feb 1st at 330, I'll never forget. I was met by Lori in reception. She brought us back to our room and walked us through what to expect. She even cried with us and shared one of her stories. "The grief won't go away, but life will grow around it and you will be OK." Lori, thank you for everything. We will never forget you! Thank you for helping make this terrible nightmare a little more tolerable. ♥️♥️♥️ I just picked up his ashes today and he'll be sleeping next to me. I hope you're in heaven having a great old time bugga boo.??What amazing staff they have here! Thanks for making my terrifying experience more bearable”

“We have been going to this vet for over 9 years. They were extremely compassionate when my cat became ill and helped us make her comfortable during her last days. Although they may be pricier than other vets, they are well worth the cost. Dr. Wishko personally calls with blood work test results and talks through next steps and options and is happy to answer any questions. Their online portal is helpful for scheduling and the front desk staff are great. As my dog gets older, I’m glad we are at this vet to help keep her healthy and live longer.”

Dr. Drapo, Mandarin, Lori, Erica, Kaitlyn, Cherie, Luann, EVERYONE were fantastic! It’s been a month and a half journey and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for them. The compassion, care, and knowledge was beyond words! My pup is doing great now. They were always there when we needed them and always got us in right away on any urgent basis. “I brought my budgie, Blu, here after I noticed that she was breathing harder than usual. I called on a Monday and was able to get a same day appointment. Dr Stachnik examined her and determined she might have a respiratory infection. I was sent home with medication for her. Dr Stachnik, along with a student, was amazing! She was so gentle, sweet, caring, answered any questions, and seems to love her job. She even called me the next day to ask how Blu was doing. The receptionists, the woman who gathered Blu’s information before we saw the dr, and the student that helped out were all very kind and helpful. Blu seems to be doing much better. I also scheduled check ups for my other 3 birds. The prices are very reasonable! I’d highly recommend!”

“Dr. Redder is truly a godsend. I’m beyond grateful for her and the whole staff at Killewald. My 4m old golden doodle ate a sock and after spending hours at the Emergency vet down the road (1/14/24) I was being told my dog will die if I don’t get the sock out of him and nothing other than surgery could help, except it was a Sunday and a holiday weekend so I didn’t have access to 10k cash. I had to wait overnight and I called Killewald at 7:01am (1/15/24) and begged them to help. They were so kind, helpful, and reassuring. They said they can get my pup in for surgery at 8am. We were there and my puppy was acting like a puppy again, so we did more X-rays and turned out the sock had moved. Dr. Redder was so amazing and removed the sock and within hours my pup was able to come back home. I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff being so supportive and understand. They will truly do what’s best for your pet at all times. Thank you so much ?❣️ ”
