“*UPDATE* I came to leave a review not realizing I already left one. But I need to add more. I recently had to put my biggie to sleep. He was only 6. His liver started failing. Possibly cancer. I'll never know. It's the worst experience I've ever been through. 3 weeks of hell watching my baby get sicker and sicker, nothing i did helped. But from the moment I walked into this place on Feb 1st at 330, I'll never forget. I was met by Lori in reception. She brought us back to our room and walked us through what to expect. She even cried with us and shared one of her stories. "The grief won't go away, but life will grow around it and you will be OK." Lori, thank you for everything. We will never forget you! Thank you for helping make this terrible nightmare a little more tolerable. ♥️♥️♥️ I just picked up his ashes today and he'll be sleeping next to me.
