“The new manager is great compared to the people before him. Last year when getting brakes checked that they installed, I got the bum’s rush and was told nothing was wrong with them. They had started pulsing badly six months after installation. I went back for a third time, and when the new people checked it out, they were found to be bad. They replaced them under their warranty. Glad I persisted, but I shouldn’t have had to. Been going there 40 years. I will continue to support them…”

The wait-in time for the tire change and alignment was about an hour. The price for the tires and labor was what I expected. The employee took me through the receipt and he was honest about what I needed and didn't need. Overall, I'm happy.”
“We were heading south to Florida in our RV and needed to get a quick oil and filter change before heading south. Most service stations or dealerships in the area could not accommodate us or if they could, we would have to wait for a few days to be fit in to their schedule. The very friendly staff at Lewis General Tires went out of their way to help us despite the fact that they too were very busy. They took us in right away. They are a full service shop with a very competent staff that also charges a very fair price. I highly recommend them.”

“I have been going here for almost 4 years now when I got an all new set of tires. I get all my oil changes and inspections here as well. Staff is super friendly. A little late for this review but two months ago I left my job and my tire was practically flat! I just barely made it to Goodyear when they were 5 minutes to closing and the tire exploded when it was filled with air. Thankfully they have an amazing employee named Dan who came to my rescue and stayed late to sell me a tire and change it for me! I would’ve been stuck there a long time before AAA or anyone could have come to help. So grateful for people like this out in the world. (Oh, and they never try to sell me things I don’t need when I come in for oil changes which is a breath of fresh air compared to some of these other places)”

“Great service here! My boyfriend noticed last night that, despite my tires being relatively new, the tread was gone and were showing metal banding (I did not buy my old tires here, got them from an online retailer). I had a very important appointment this morning at 9am that I couldn't miss. Even though I called very close to their closing time, they were able to get me in for an 8am appt. I was out the door by 8:40 with my new tires. Besides the great customer service experience, the cost was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the other 5 places I called last night for quotes. Very happy with this visit, thanks Mavis!”
“I popped into Elmgrove Auto after being referred when I had discovered a nail in my tire that I needed help with plugging. Tim although very busy, stopped what he was doing, listened and talked to me about what was going on and was able to help me. He was friendly, attentive to every customer that came in the door, accommodated me working there while waiting and it was done in no time. I work in customer service so it was refreshing to have a great first experience and I highly recommend!”
“I own a 2020 Chevy equinox I kept getting multiple messages on my dashboard one being a low battery message brake assist message limited steering assist message and so I went to AutoZone and advance Auto to get my charging system checked both places said nothing was wrong I came to lifeline AutoTires and the guys hooked me up to a computer and right away it came back as a bad battery installed new battery and all my issues are gone owner was very helpful with the cost very affordable”

“I hit a pothole on 390 and blew the sidewall of one of the back tires. I immediately got off the exit and pulled into this Home Depot parking lot where some nice folks changed the tire to a spare, and I called Dunn down the road to see if I’d be able to drive the 2 mins to get service there, and Dana was very kind, transparent, and quick to get me any information I needed. Service took less than a day. Thank you!”
