“I bought a new car fin 2021 from a local very reputable dealership. In about 6 months I started having issues and hearing alot of noises in multiple areas in the front end that I know I shouldn't be hearing that got louder and more pronounced over time. I've taken it to the dealership 3 times in the past 3 years telling them I know something is wrong with the front end and in doing my research I found it to be a wheel bearing and I asked them to drive it because you can hear it immediately when you start driving and turning. They said they didn't hear anything and I ended up spending a ridiculous amount of money so I gave up on them. I went to Mr tire and was treated with respect I wanted an inspection, brake's all around, 2 rotors, oil change, the wheel bearing, and a tire plugged and rotated. On that note I wanna say that they were professional, I was updated on every aspect of the job and the bill was very reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier and now I feel safe driving my grandson around so thanks guys!”
