Was treated like million dollar client even with my 2019 Jetta. I use to go to dealer, both didn't tighten lugs, f'd up girlfriend s front suspension. “The new manager is great compared to the people before him. Last year when getting brakes checked that they installed, I got the bum’s rush and was told nothing was wrong with them. They had started pulsing badly six months after installation. I went back for a third time, and when the new people checked it out, they were found to be bad. They replaced them under their warranty. Glad I persisted, but I shouldn’t have had to. Been going there 40 years. I will continue to support them…”

“I hit a pothole on 390 and blew the sidewall of one of the back tires. I immediately got off the exit and pulled into this Home Depot parking lot where some nice folks changed the tire to a spare, and I called Dunn down the road to see if I’d be able to drive the 2 mins to get service there, and Dana was very kind, transparent, and quick to get me any information I needed. Service took less than a day. Thank you!”
