“I had a debilitating stroke almost 4 years ago. I vowed to prove my Virginia doctor wrong because he told me I would at best make a 65 percent recovery. I am currently on day 285 of a streak in which I work out every single day for a minimum of three hours. God willing I will be able to work out for a minimum of three hours for 2130 consecutive days. I’m doing this to inspire others who have suffered a debilitating stroke. My workouts are very intense and I love this wonderful gym. This NYSC gym has an abundance of fabulous equipment and a wonderful staff. I will miss them all very much. I will also miss the extremely nice people who are members. here. This is a fabulous gym and I will miss this gym probably more than just about anything else in Long Island. Without question, I think this is the best Gym value in New York State”
