John's Puppy
43-42 162nd St, FlushingThis is the best groomer that I can recommend, my dog doesn't let nobody shower him or cut his hair, he gets very shaky and nervous, but with the groomer he was like nothing bothers him , my dog came out beautiful and happy, they are so good that even call me and told me that he got infection in on ear and if I want to be treated and I said yes, he took very good care of my baby and if you want your dog be treated with love and care bring him here you are not going to regret, I'm sure about that ?

Q Puppies & Canine Couture
35-15 Prince St, FlushingI bought my dog Lukie two years ago. From the moment I stepped foot into the shop I knew the dogs are in good hands. There cages are clean and they look well kept.Lukie had a good relationship with the store owner and looked like he had a trust in him.I bought Lukie micro shipped and with some of his vaccines. From the first moment Lukie was brought home my family and I have given him the love he deserves. One thing i would say is that Lukie isn't fully a Yorkshire tier how it was claimed but its hard to find true breed dogs and cost alot.

KYURAMEN - Flushing
133-42 37th Ave, FlushingOrdered Mega Ramen
Ramen textures great, soup base is slightly too strong with tonkatsu. The pork is slightly small, but the egg somewhat compensates it. Overall nice experience.

Chuan You Dao Skewer Hot Pot
147-10 45th Ave, FlushingOne of a kind skewer hot pot. Place is small and simple. Came in at 7pm and place was empty. Server explained everything. He was nice and helpful. Ordered food using an iPad with the help of the server. Skewers were in the fridge for you to get it yourself. There’s a self-serve sauce table. Soup was tasty.

JANG DOK DAE KOREAN
172-14 46th Ave, FlushingWhat an incredible little spot. This may be some of the best korean food you will find in New York. It's definitely not the cheapest place, but everything is cooked to order, and when you're eating that fresh seafood pancake, the rest of the world just melts away!

Sunnyside Super Deli
5012 39th Ave, FlushingThis is in response to Leopoldina R.'s review. I was the cashier that she claimed was "screaming at the top of her lungs." It has been some years since this incident but I have decided to post a response because we have sold the business recently (so her review is no longer relevant or related to the new, current owners). Leopoldina came in with another woman to buy some lottery tickets. There was no problem until they pocketed the tickets (about $20 worth) and it appeared they forgot to pay. They were speaking in Spanish to each other for a while when I reminded them to pay for the tickets. This is when Leopoldina became irate, cursed at me, and refused to pay for the tickets. I repeatedly asked her to pay for the tickets but to no avail. Out of frustration, disbelief, and anger, I could not help but raise my voice because of her behavior. She used that to her advantage by calling 911 and telling the operator that I am screaming at her mother who is at risk of stroke. Firstly, I was yelling at Leopoldina (not her mother). Secondly, her mother did not present any signs of distress or discomfort. She was standing next to her daughter but did nothing at all (she did not instigate/engage with me nor did she stop her daughter). While waiting for the police to arrive, Leopoldina took her phone out to record me as I yelled at her to pay. After about 20 minutes, I had enough and called her a "b*tch." She smiled and said that she got that on video. As this was happening, it was disrupting our business/service to other customers, so we made 2 calls to the police ourselves. As a result, 3 police cars showed up and they interrogated both sides. Ultimately, once the officers heard from Leopoldina herself that she hadn't paid yet but was going to, they accompanied her back inside and watched her pay. They asked her if there was anything else and she asked if she could file a police report for me calling her a "b*tch." The officer stared at her and said no. Seeing this, another customer next to her said, "Don't waste my taxpayer money!" In the end, this ordeal lasted about 1 hour and wasted everyone's time, including the police when they could be responding to real emergencies instead.

Bagel Time
15051 14th Ave, WhitestoneThis is a 3.5-star review. I was in the mood for a bagel, and when I searched on Yelp, this was the second one that came up. My wife and I had been here before (about 5 or 6 months ago), so we were familiar with it. You walk in, and it's a typical breakfast/bagel spot. There are some snacks and candy here and there, some drinks along with a few tables and chairs. You'll notice they have a lot of baked goods--muffins, croissants, cookies, turnovers, and more. The staff there is also pretty friendly. We ordered two bagels--one everything and one onion--with cream cheese, a croffle, and also picked up a blonde brownie. When we got home, we noticed that the bagels seemed to be on the smaller side, similar to another well-known bagel place on Utopia, but they lacked that certain "chew" that comes with a bagel. They weren't bad, though. Both were well-covered with the onion or everything mix on the outside. The croffle was more to my liking, with nice flaky layers and some sugar. The blonde brownie was okay as well. Is this my "go-to" bagel spot? Probably not. But I don't mind changing it up every once in a while, especially if I'm in the mood for a croffle or even one of their cookies.

Victory American Deli
195-4 47th Ave, FlushingI really don't know what y'all are doing with these bad reviews...Iv'e been going there for like 5 years literally best service ever and I'm now finally putting in a review. I just went in and there was an old white man cursing at the worker to work faster and then after at the cashier he started saying that he should go faster because I'm "waiting to order"..? Also guess what he started cursing and say multiple racial slurs to the poor worker, and the worker took it so calmly .So yeah this place is literally the best!

Joe’s Steam Rice Roll
136-21 Roosevelt Ave # A1, FlushingThe best steamed rice rolls ever. Nothing can beat it. It's thin, filled with whatever inside and toppings you want. And if it lives to see another day, it reheats really well. But you have to get the one in Flushing the other location isn't as good. Sometimes there's a line but it's worth the wait.

One for the Road | Fusion Deli, Drinks, Desserts
40-25 150th St, FlushingSome has mentioned this is like an Asian Bodega/Deli that serves sandwiches and food.
When you walk in, it definitely gives you a deli feel without the small trinkets deli serves from their display shelves. They have a variety of food to order, juices, coffees, dessert, etc. They have plenty of seating with tables along the sidewalk and an extension from the store.
Prices are reasonable.
They accept credit card and can accept Apple Pay.
I brought my dog to eat with me at their outside area. No issues.

Fitrition
32-55 Francis Lewis Blvd, FlushingShared parking lot, which is a bit tight but generally I see spots. It is mostly a takeout spot, but they have a few counter seats by the front window. Besides the acai bowls and smoothies, they sell protein snacks and powder, premade food, energy drinks, and merch. They get busy, especially with online orders. They are friendly and efficient though, so you're not waiting long. The Pitaya Power Smoothie (dragon fruit, banana, peanut butter, vanilla whey and almond milk) is delicious. The peanut butter is the prominent flavor, but it's pretty balanced. Great consistency/texture too. They are a bit pricey, but the quality is good. No tax if you pay with cash! Overall a good spot to grab and go a healthy snack (or meal).
