“When I came to SJ's Village Boutique, I wasn't in a very good mood. I'd had an emotionally damaging experience the day before, and I was stressed out looking for a dress to wear to my bridal shower. I wasn't sure when I'd feel better again. The staff was very patient with my discouraged mood, and never stopped being friendly and warm. Their kindness, encouragement, and generosity made me smile again, just in time for my bridal shower the next day. Plus, the dress I bought looks great and is extremely comfortable. It was a great experience, and one that I desperately needed.”

“I've gone to Incognito for at least 4 wedding party rentals and bought my own suit from there. Every time I've gone to Incognito the staff has been great and the fittings and measurements always fly by. Recently Tom really went above and beyond to help me find a pair of pants that was discontinued to replace a pair I had grown out of and get them tailored just in time for a wedding I was attending. One of many reasons this is my go-to for formalwear.”
“I just recieved an online order from these folks and the entire transaction was EXCELLENT. I was stunned at how quickly my order was shipped And by the speedy delivery. I found my wife several Burton pieces for boarding that have been out of stock, everywhere since 2021. I get to be the hero for Christmas !! My only regret.....I didn't BUY MORE ! Extremely helpful and friendly customer service, Fine quality products. Dog friendly. Where else can you still get someone to help with personal measurements for correct sizing of shoes and apparel? Special shoutout to Emily for assisting my mother and I with our Barbour needs. My only wish is that the company itself would expand to 3XL, or Big & Tall sizes as most offerings are a bit snug for me (6’4, 280lbs for reference). Gold standard in customer experience.”

“My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”
“Lovely clothing store based off of Under Armour. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with our return, plenty of things they have in your style, clean, and organized. The deals were also awesome as well! Highly recommend this store if you love Under Armour!”
“The overall customer service was very pleasant, I just have more of a gripe with the company: I know they're not the same as they used to be, but they have much more diverse clothing options online (Tripp and other "classic" brands) that I wish they carried in this store. It would be nice to have the option of edgier clothes for teens that may be shopping with their parents without having to go to Spencer's. Overall, clean store that is much easier to navigate than it used to be.”

“On Presidents week I took my great granddaughter to shop for her birthday! She’s 11 years old and she did great! The store was very stocked for Spring and summer.”
“Went here to buy Scrubs. They have a nice selection of decently priced sets. The sizes run a bit small. I ordered a Large as it said it was for size 14 and 16. Ended up needing to return all the pants and sets for a size up. I was able to make returns no problem with the receipt. I will shop here again now that I understand the sizing.”
