My son had a concert for school for Tuesday. We went in Saturday and picked out pants and a shirt. I messed up and didn't pick it up on Sunday. The owner, Randy, opened up on a Monday (when they're closed) and let me pick up the outfit. They bailed me out big time! I highly recommend this place!

Incognito is absolutely amazing. Literally took me in at closing time and was able to rent a tux in minutes. The staff there was so personal and cool (shout out to Alex and Saphire)I cannot recommend this place higher. What a gem in Rochester ?

Alex was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He gave all of his opinions which I very much appreciated. He was more than accommodating, as was the rest of the staff!
