“Delivery of 2nd refrigerator (1st defective) a whole diff experience from the first. Nathan & Ron took their time to remove all the plastic covering perfectly, instructed on care of stainless, etc.First guys brought it in, left all the remnants of plastic around the edges/behind handles and took off. (Stuff is hard to detach from under the seams if you've never done yourself...)Needless to say, this review would have been diff if 2nd delivery never happened.”

“Ellis Brothers was a great find! After contacting every carpet store in the Syracuse and surrounding area, looking for higher end Fabrica carpeting, I searched the internet hoping to find a dealer near me. Ellis Brothers Furniture in Binghamton was the closest. I called and spoke to Tom Ellis who confirmed that they did carry the high-end carpeting I was seeking. I drove out to Binghamton, met Tom, and can't say enough about the customer service Tom provided. Tom went out of his way to make sure I was given a very competitive, affordable price, set-up delivery to my carpet installer, and provided me status updates on delivery times. Tom helped me pick out another Fabrica carpet for our historic home and this was delivered as well. My experience at Ellis Brothers Furniture brought me back to a time when businesses treated their customers like family. I sure felt this each time I spoke to Tom or his staff. Tom went out of his way from the moment he answered my first call through the time the carpet was installed at my home. I will surely be purchasing again from Ellis Brothers. Location is easy to find, parking lot is easier to find near building. The respect, service, honesty, selection, and value are surely the reason they have been in business since 1900.”

“Wonderful little shop near the Binghamton airport. Full of unique antique items, home decor, jewelry, and handmade items with an even more delightful shop owner. Very safe and respectful during covid times and also very hospitable with fresh coffee. Definitely worth the jaunt over to visit!”

“I needed a washing machine immediately..went to Olum's and had Joe Crosier as my salesman. He was able to provide me with a few options, and made sure the washer would work with my dryer which was stackable. The installers showed up the next day. One was super friendly and helpful. The other total Debbie Downer to the point it was funny..Guess he was having a really bad day but think this is his normal disposition. Debbie said he would not install for a number of lame reasons. I called Joe and he made sure everything was done and done right in a few hours. If you need an appliance he is who you want to deal with. Thanks Joe Crosier !”

“We are big fans of Target and this place is pretty good. It's clean and well-lit, the staff is usually pretty helpful, and they keep the shelves stocked and orderly. The parking lot is sometimes a little hectic, but what can you do. The one thing that does not work well is the photo printing kiosks -- they're pretty beat up. FYI the red courtesy phones do not work either. If you are looking for something specific try to find an employee to ask (this can be challenging but there is no other good alternative). Most of the time the check out is pretty quick, but it can be long if it's a busy Saturday or during the back-to-school rush. Overall, this Target is solid.”
