“I recently purchased a vintage Parasound DAC from Audio Classics that turned out to have a problem with audio dropouts. I contacted Steve Rowell and explained the issue + mentioned that I'm also a music producer and audio engineer in my spare time , i.e. I know the issue was real and not my imagination. Steve and Audio Classics graciously offered to replace the DAC with the same model they luckily had on hand, so I shipped the problem unit back and within a few days I had the replacement.It's obvious to me that this is a renowned company that takes hifi equipment and their audiophile customers very seriously, and I only wish I lived within driving distance of them - although that might create some problems for my wallet!After this experience this is the first company I will look to when I'm ready for my next upgrade. “I needed a washing machine immediately..went to Olum's and had Joe Crosier as my salesman. He was able to provide me with a few options, and made sure the washer would work with my dryer which was stackable. The installers showed up the next day. One was super friendly and helpful. The other total Debbie Downer to the point it was funny..Guess he was having a really bad day but think this is his normal disposition. Debbie said he would not install for a number of lame reasons. I called Joe and he made sure everything was done and done right in a few hours. If you need an appliance he is who you want to deal with. Thanks Joe Crosier !”

She wanted a different model and picked one out, the staff was very helpful and suggested a different one that was 10x better, -300$ on sale, had a newer processor, so it would last her longer before she had to upgrade. So she paid a little more $ for a lot more laptop, plus it was touchscreen also. Very cool best buy, surprised us.”

The parking lot is sometimes a little hectic, but what can you do. The one thing that does not work well is the photo printing kiosks -- they're pretty beat up. FYI the red courtesy phones do not work either. If you are looking for something specific try to find an employee to ask (this can be challenging but there is no other good alternative). Most of the time the check out is pretty quick, but it can be long if it's a busy Saturday or during the back-to-school rush. Overall, this Target is solid.”
