“We’ve used this SFCU branch for a number of services including a HELOC and auto loans, amazing rate, professional staff. Also no service fees for personal or business checking, I honestly don’t know why anyone would use a commercial bank anymore. Not sure what the other reviews issues were, we had no problem getting approved for any of our loans and credit.”

She was extremely helpful in assisting me navigate my banking needs process and in helping to set things up!! She was VERY patient and answered all my questions and took the stress out of the process. Kelly knows all of her bank members by name and greets them with a smile when they enter the bank!!! She takes the time and gives full attention to all of her members and treats everyone with kindness and compassion. “So we all need to do business with the bank at some point in our lives- right-?! Personally, I would much rather do business with a branch that is as effective as it is efficient. This branch is staffed with kind, intelligent, and diligent professionals. I've worked with Rebecca Shevlin in setting up a business account (and let me just say, there's much that's needed in setting up a business account). Rebecca committed to communicating with me and explaining every step of the way, as maybe it took me a couple more steps than most; I also reviewed my account with Elizabeth Schoenwerk who is the Assistant Manager- she's thorough and skilled as she explained and assisted Kaitlyn Belcher who had continued to complete the application process. Overall I've had a positive experience with going to the branch as well as speaking over the phone with them. I didnt wait on hold for more than 5-10 minutes. The actual physical space is comfortable and clean providing an atmosphere that's very welcoming and conveniently offers a space to sit until an advisor is ready, but don't get too comfy as you won't be waiting long. ? also not to mention the bank offers a referral program and they have better offers than most banks that are local to the area, as I'm sure these offers change, but it's worth any time, effort, that goes into opening up an account. Be Treated like the Banker you have Earned to be!”

“every visit here is smoother than my freshly shaven head. TFCU is the way to go with all types of banking! the customer service reps/teller are knowledgable and work around very well with all types of questions/inquiries. they are always there to help you no matter what. their fraud protection system is GREAT! you get a call or text immediately before the 'unusual' transaction even proceeds. and right away they will help you recover your account if hacking is detected. shout out to teachers. best bank i ever joined.”
