She takes the time and gives full attention to all of her members and treats everyone with kindness and compassion. Everyone at the branch is very kind and professional and a pleasure to speak with every time i come into the branch. “So we all need to do business with the bank at some point in our lives- right-?! Personally, I would much rather do business with a branch that is as effective as it is efficient. This branch is staffed with kind, intelligent, and diligent professionals. I've worked with Rebecca Shevlin in setting up a business account (and let me just say, there's much that's needed in setting up a business account). Rebecca committed to communicating with me and explaining every step of the way, as maybe it took me a couple more steps than most; I also reviewed my account with Elizabeth Schoenwerk who is the Assistant Manager- she's thorough and skilled as she explained and assisted Kaitlyn Belcher who had continued to complete the application process. Overall I've had a positive experience with going to the branch as well as speaking over the phone with them. I didnt wait on hold for more than 5-10 minutes. The actual physical space is comfortable and clean providing an atmosphere that's very welcoming and conveniently offers a space to sit until an advisor is ready, but don't get too comfy as you won't be waiting long. ? also not to mention the bank offers a referral program and they have better offers than most banks that are local to the area, as I'm sure these offers change, but it's worth any time, effort, that goes into opening up an account. Be Treated like the Banker you have Earned to be!”

“Every time I go to this bank I am treated with respect, greeted with smiles and they always ask how my child is doing and give her lollipopsThe staff is very sweet especially Celia and another woman I can't remember her name but they both go above and beyond to make you feel like each customer is special. I will drive past the other capital one branches to get to this one just because of their great customer service. They even have dog treats for the pull up window for your pup! They are all great.
