“Stopped in to see what a fitting was all about. Had a very nice conversation with TJ detailing all the ins and outs of being fitted for clubs. He advised me to make 3 separate appointments. One for driver/fairway woods, one for irons, and one for wedges/putter. Pennfair was the only shop I spoke with that recommended different sessions and believe me I was so happy I followed his advice. He wanted to be sure I was fresh each day to give the best data to fit the best club. It all worked out beautifully. The new clubs fit perfect. consistency is way up and my handicap is dropping. Awesome professional experience. I'll be a customer for life.”

I brought in my childhood bowling ball as I knew the staff would know if it still suited me.I ended up picking out a new ball. I also felt they were patient with me and answered all my questions thoughtfully.The new ball was drilled to fit my hand PERFECTLY! Night and day change compared with my old ball. “Hunting Horn is one of the nicest specialty retail establishments I have been into, really anywhere. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly, and the stock levels are excellent. Even when something is missing, they're quick to be able to order it. All of them seem to be pretty deeply involved in the riding world, and are able to recall stories or incidents from years ago. Frankly, if every shopping experience was this good, no one would ever bother to go online - I look forward to every visit.”
“Love this store. Its like a TJ Maxx or Marshall's but for more outdoor and active merchandise. Its neatly organized, thry have great deals and all of the stuff is great quality. Name brands and a lot of interesting gear. Everything from toothpaste to purses to camping equipment. Definitely check it out.”

The representative I worked with, Dave, worked diligently and patiently with me to reach the final product. Plus assisted in folding my tarp! Would gladly deliver here any day! Was in and out everything put away 30 minutes!!! Unheard of in the flatbed world to be treated and helped like everyone here did!!”
“Had a very last minute need for a faceoff head that was already strung and ready to go. Looked online to see if the specific String King head was in fact in stock. We called and left a VM and received a call back a short while later. It was in stock and we headed to the store. My son and I were in and out of the store in short time with exactly what my son was seeking. Added bonus is the sweet dog that was literally just hanging out with the store employee/owner. Sweet dog that came to say hello and went back to the spot he was relaxing in when we came in. Great experience and customer service! Highly recommend shopping for all lax needs at Lacrosse Unlimited of Rochester!”

“Amazing experience at this location. Went in with a pair of shorts that I purchased at college and had only wore a few times when a noticed a small hole in the shorts. These shorts had some sentimental value because I just graduated and were no longer being sold (also had my college logo embroidered). The ladies at the front desk of the Pittsford location were able to come up with a viable solution that left me very pleased with my purchase. Overall, this was one of my best customer experiences with any major brand. They ensured that I was happy with the options and really took the time and care to assist.”

“Amazing sports store. Decent collection of throwback NFL jerseys. Good NFL hat selection. Prices are all pretty reasonable (got a Pat Tillman throwback jersey for around $90 - very reasonable price as same jersey online is about $150). Definitely have to return at some point.”

“Specialty swim suit store... But the casual swimmer that would like a suit with coverage, this is a good place. Great for competitive swimmers, lots of gear and VERY helpful employees/owner. My daughter has gotten a tech suit from them each year we need one. Tech suits are NOT CHEAP but ordering online you cant return them here you get full service, lots of help and honest advice from people trained to size competitive swimmers.”
“I visited this store on April 29 1 pm or thereabouts. Was greeted very nicely by an employee. As I was looking at items a second employee offered assistance. I was advised my item would be introduced in May and they could contact me. So nice to feel important. Note I visited 12 stores in the mall. This was the only store where an employee recognized my presence, sad to say. Cheers to a great team!!! They should be commended for knowing what it means to provide excellent customer service.”
“Went in there on Black Friday for some t-shirts and jeans. I am a larger guy so they didn’t have a lot of my size in store, a sales associate named Jack notices that I’m having trouble finding a lot of my size and helps me use the catalog and find clothes my size I can get delivered to my house or in store, it was a great interface and I was able to use the deals from in store as well. I’ve never had a shopping experience as good as I had in Zumiez, great service, great selection, and the workers are some of the nicest people I’ve met, like seriously they deserve raises because they are just that great, not just Jack, but also the slightly older guy (Maybe his name was Logan?). I would recommend zumiez to anyone who wants to buy larger clothing, or just wants a good experience.”
“It's a nice store and very well kept. It's just very expensive unless you're buying their house brand. The REI brand is great quality and reasonably priced when you compare it to big camp brands. Typically I'll only buy the REI brand is e shop the big name brands, but then purchase them elsewhere for lower prices.”
