The older lady is so rude and was mean and couldn’t help my mother with a simple return label. Treated her terrible. NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ups is better

They DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO A PASSPORT PHOTO! Incredibly rude should be fired! Read all the reviews and do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
