“Soooo I went in yesterday trying to do a passport application and was a bit miffed because they told me it was by appointment only - I explained to the ladies at the counter that I had been trying to call to ask that very question for several hours and nobody ever answers. Anyway I left, made an appointment online and went back in today fully prepared to write an awful review. The process was very swift - I made sure I had the correct docs which always helps and the ladies were polite and professional.However while I was waiting a woman came in to ship something to CA, was advised of prices and shipping times, got what she actually asked for and then started pitching a fit - a complete Karen. She made it very clear she was reporting the woman Coleen and blah blah. After watching this, there appears to be 2 women working there - underpaid and understaffed I would guess so perhaps next time, maybe cut them some slack...I know I will.”
“We use Sentron for almost all of our mailings. They are great to work with, do quality work, and are always upfront and realistic about timing and costs - which always exceed my expectations. Even when I have to beg for a rush job - they do their best to accommodate. They know our business and seem to understand and be flexible about working with us and the craziness of the non-profit world and I trust them with our direct mailings, event mailings, and everything in between.”

“Phenomenal service! I've been coming here once or twice a day for a week now because I'm in town for work and need a STUPID amount of copies every day, last-minute. The store staff is SO helpful, nice, and effective. Seriously, this has been the best print shop experience I've had (and unfortunately, I've had many...lackluster ones). UPS printing is more cost-effective than the other chain that prints and sells many (overpriced) office supplies. In the AM shift, the women who opens is the best! So helpful. And in the afternoon there were some guys who were great as well!”

“Kelly from the Print & Marketing center is truly amazing. Her and I spent a hour trying to figure things out sizing for invites. She took her time to make sure everything was right. She was fun to talk to when trying to figure things out and was excited when we found the solution. Even with all of the craziness with returns, she made sure I was taken care of. She’s amazing!”
“Went here for the first time today since it is close to work. I optef for this over over the one in downtown Troy, mainly for the parking and it paid off. Easy parking! My experience was great, there was only one person at the front desk but she was moving so quickly and efficiently, all while still being courteous to all the customers. She did an amazing job. I appreciate a good post office... they are hard to come by. Will definitely be returning!”

I now purposely avoid other less desirable post offices near my home to go to this one instead!”

“I really have nothing bad to say about this post office, even if I tried, which I think many people do, just because of the stigma the phrase "US Post Office" is commonly associated with. I get it. I've been to plenty Post Offices in my life to feel the same. This place, however, really is different, and special. Why? Well, maybe for me because it is hidden in a popular strip mall just minutes from my work. That means not only can I take care of postal stuff quickly at lunch, I can also grab a bite and still be in time for my 1:00pm meeting. Also, I don't know if it is because of the location, or that people just don't mail stuff any more these days, but there is hardly ever a line.It is a tiny spot, not like the Post Offices in Down Town Albany, but it still has everything, and the Postal Workers at the counter are always pleasant. My favorite thing about this post office, is that they are open Saturday until 5pm. That is always nice when I need to take care of some mailings on the weekend. You won't find many other post offices open all day Saturday, which leads me to believe many more people appreciate and use this location. And, like I said, if going on a Saturday, I always pick a nice place to eat in the plaza, which has many.”

“I called the post office about a package that I hadn't received on its expected date. Damien explained to me that sometimes packages take longer than expected. He took the tracking number down and my phone number, said he would keep me update on the status of the package. He called me today to let me know that they received the package at the facility and that it was out for delivery. Great customer service!”

“I visited this post office recently. It was in the afternoon, the weather was beautiful, and I just had to write this review due to the incredible customer service I received. Sue was extremely helpful, kind and went out of her way to answer my questions and help me understand what I needed to get my packages delivered. Personally I would not be happy if I were stuck inside on such a nice day but she had such a gracious demeanor while going about helping customers that I wanted to leave a review. Hossain who was working with her was also helpful and I am so thankful for their hard work. I am also thankful for the extended hours at this location (open Saturdays late and also on Sundays), which they make possible, and hope they are not taken for granted, and that they get recognized for what they do.”

Kelly was not only friendly and helpful, she was totally patient and knew her job.They say when someone complains and doesn’t back up their complaint with validity, it’s usually the complainer that that is at fault. Perhaps a visit to your therapist before you return to the Post Office and belittle Kelly is in order.”
