  If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had the worst customer service ever in the Glennville office. Never had a problem until today. Absurd !! Mindboggling actually! I left this location went to Mechanicville branch . The ladies there were professional respectful & actually helped me. !!

  The staff were disrespectful and not helpful to the point we closed our account. do not recommend

  Great once I get there. Messed up 3x to find they were closed (earlier than I thought) and I no longer carry my debit card to use the ATM.
